What information do we collect?

Extension Usage:
We do not collect any personal information from you when you use the Extension. The Extension may access and collect transactions related to your purchase and transaction history to provide the advertised functionality. All operations are performed locally on your machine. We never send any transaction data to our servers.

Waiting List Sign-up:
If you voluntarily join our waiting list, we collect your email address. This is the only personal data we collect.

How do we use your information?

Extension Functionality:
The information accessed by the Extension is used solely to enable features like creating and exporting CSV files.

Waiting List:
Your email address is used to manage the waiting list, send updates regarding the Extension, and notify you when new features or products become available or when we have questions regarding your feature requests or ideas for the extension.

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/DSGVO), the legal basis for processing your email address collected via the waiting list is your consent, according to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. This consent covers managing the waiting list, sending updates, notifying you about new features/products, and contacting you with questions regarding your feature requests or ideas. Do we share your information?

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

For the Extension, no personal data is transmitted to our servers. However, browsing and usage data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers who help us improve and maintain the Extension.

For the waiting list, your email address is managed internally and is not shared with external parties, except where legally required.

How do we protect your information?

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures, consistent with Art. 32 GDPR, to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

For the Extension, all operations are conducted locally on your device.

For waiting list data (email addresses), we use secure storage and access controls.

In line with the storage limitation principle (Art. 5(1)(e) GDPR):
Extension usage data is never stored.
Email addresses collected for the waiting list are retained until either:

You request removal (unsubscribe), or
They are no longer needed for the purpose originally collected.
